Verbesserungswürdig: Check-in
Great location. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were good. Good washing machine and AC. Otherwise property a bit rundown and in need of maintenance - especially the terrace. Overall good communication with host - quick response to fix a problem with the key. Mattress and bedding poor quality with no quilt or blankets on the beds at all. Quilt and blankets found in cupboards were dirty. With a bit of attention this would be an excellent property.

Great location!

We had a fantastic long weekend in Florence, staying at a rental that couldn’t have been more perfect. Just a few blocks from the cathedral, it offered a peaceful retreat away from the busier streets. While there are some stairs to climb, the beautiful views make it absolutely worth it. The apartment was spotless, and our host was incredibly kind, taking the time to show us around. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Overall this property is a GREAT location. We felt so close to everything and really enjoyed the neighborhood. Our only major issue was with the air conditioning. It was advertised that the apartment had air conditioning, but there’s only 1 unit in the loft and it was not blowing cool air when we were there. If AC isn’t important for your comfort then you’ll be fine, but we were just expecting some sort of relief from the brutal heat in the apartment. With that said, the views were amazing on the terrace and we had great communication with the host. Would rent from them again!
