Services such as: crib, early check-in, and late check-out may have additional charges; in case of doubts, please contact us for further clarification.

To ensure everything goes well, we ask you to pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ The reception is not authorized to store guests' luggage; however, if desired, you can leave your bags at our agency.

⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10 PM (Noise Ordinance).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different trash bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bath towels.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath towels per guest. Bed and bath linen exchange service can be hired and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.

⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are provided only at the beginning of the stay and are not replenished.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
