Nova Domus is a fifth-floor penthouse located in Gallipoli, on the Ionian coast of Salento, with a large panoramic terrace that embraces the sea view. Ideal for up to six guests, the apartment is contemporary in style and has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bright open-plan living area with kitchen overlooking the sea. The French windows open directly onto the furnished terrace, with outdoor sofas and dining table, offering a suggestive backdrop over the roofs of Gallipoli to the sea. Located a few steps from the historic center, the apartment is perfect for walking to the golden beaches, restaurants, bars and most characteristic streets of the city. A convenient underground condominium area with reserved parking space and elevator access completes the property.

A corridor on the right leads to three double bedrooms (one with a divisible lot); two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en suite. The laundry room is located in a closet integrated into the kitchen area.

Two large French doors lead directly from the living area to a terrace of about 90 square meters that is spread on two sides of the apartment, offering an open view of the Ionian Sea. The terrace is furnished with outdoor sofas and dining table, perfect for enjoying summer evenings outdoors and watching the sunset over the rooftops of Gallipoli. The apartment is located in a residential street with the possibility of free or paid parking; a reserved parking space is included in the underground garage, accessible by elevator. N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
