4 stars Four M apt is a brand new apartment situated in Cavtat. It is famous for its green areas, promenade and beautiful beaches. Our neighborhood is very convenient and guest friendly due to vicinity of restaurants, bars and beaches. The apartment is only 300 meters away from the beach Žal and less than 10 minutes easy walk to the old harbour. The building in which the apartment is located is very safe area and quiet. The apartment is fully equipped with TV-SAT, free wi-fi, A/C, dishwasher...
The space
Would you like to be our first guests in this modern two-bedrroms apartment with a stunning sea view. It’s located on the first floor of a new modern building.. In a quiet environment, within walking distance of the city center and the nearest beach. Near the accommodation there are all necessary facilities: market, restaurants, cafes, children's playgrounds, hotel pools and sports fields.
There are 3 parking lots just in front of the building. Our parking lots/numbers are 11,12 and 13.
Guest access
The apartment has 80 m2 of living space and offers accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms:
1st Bedroom: 1 double bed (160x200)
2nd Bedroom: two beds of standard dimensions for one person 90X200 , which, at the request of the guest, can be combined into a double bed. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine. It has also spacious living room for daily rest, fully equipped and very modern kitchen and a sea view balcony for morning coffee drinking and planning the daily schedule.
All rooms in the apartment are air-conditioned ( living room, each bedroom).
As additional content, a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner will be on your disposal too.
Other things to note
Please feel free to text me if you would like to use our transfer service from the airport and back. It is also possible to arrange drives to Dubrovnik or some other trips on requests and all for a special price for our guests.
