La Magnanerie de Pimaquet

The Property - Open plan kitchen, fully equipped. The kitchen opens onto the main terrace facing south.

We can accommodate up to 6 people over 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom :

On the second floor, a beautiful double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace under the oak tree.

Also on the second floor is another large double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and perfect views of the local vineyards.

The 3rd bedroom is a twin room located on the third floor with access to the rear garden & Roman canal.

The washing machine is located in the bathroom on the third floor.
Outside, you will enjoy a well-kept garden with Mediterranean plants.
A large tiled table under a covered terrace is the perfect place for your summer meals.

Large outdoor swimming pool ( Shared use with owners ) (10mx4m) offers a refreshing place to relax on hot summer days.

In addition to wine tasting, visitors could enjoy bike rides through the vineyards, local cooking classes, winery tours and outdoor picnics.

Guest Access - Guests staying at La Magnanerie de Pimaquet will have exclusive access to all amenities, facilities, land, and rooms within the property itself, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. This includes full utilization of the charming stone-built house, the beautifully landscaped gardens, the refreshing outdoor swimming pool, and all other features mentioned in the description.

However, it's important to note that the owner's accommodation is located next door to La Magnanerie de Pimaquet. While guests will have complete access to their rented property, the owner's house is off-limits to guests.
