06/09/2025 – Communal Pool Notice
Please note that the complex administrator has advised us the main communal pool will be closed for essential maintenance during January and February 2026. This period is the coldest part of winter in Malta and Gozo, when swimming would not normally be expected, as the water is very cold. The administrator manages all communal pools and may occasionally close them when required for maintenance or safety reasons. The private hot tub of the villa will remain unaffected and will continue to be available during this period.

IMPORTANT: TOURIST ECO-TAX UPDATE (JULY 2026)

Please note that the Government of Malta has increased the mandatory Environmental Contribution (Eco-Tourist Tax) for all stays starting on or after July 1, 2026.

New Rate: €1.50 per adult (18+) per night
New Cap: Maximum €22.50 per adult per stay

For bookings made prior to July 1, 2026, for stays occurring on or after this date, the system may not automatically apply the updated government rate at the time of booking. In such cases, any difference between the previous rate (€0.50) and the new legal rate (€1.50) must be settled separately before or upon arrival.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that the applicable tax is determined by the rate in effect during your stay, regardless of the booking date.
