VILLA VEDUTA - AMALFI
Located just 2 km from the charming town of Amalfi, features a furnished terrace with a Jacuzzi hot tub and gym, and provides easy access to the beach, restaurants, and the main attractions along the Amalfi Coast. From the villa, you can walk to the beach (via steps from the coastal road) and the nearest restaurant, and its location offers easy access to nearby towns like Praiano, Positano and Sorrento.

Villa Veduta (170 sqm) is accessed via 104 steps from the coastal road and develops over two levels.

The living area consists of a spacious living room featuring double doors that lead onto a balcony, furnished with comfortable sofas and a table with four chairs. Above the living room is a well-equipped mezzanine kitchen, providing all the essentials for meal preparation.

The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms and five bathrooms:

- One bedroom suite (75 sqm) with doors to a balcony, a living room with a double sofa bed, a mezzanine kitchen/living room, one double bed and an ensuite bathroom (with a shower). Amenities include air conditioning, hairdryer, iron, and minibar;
- One double bedroom (40 sqm; accessed via 14 steps) featuring a king size bed, porthole-style windows with sea views and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Amenities include air conditioning, HD TV, hairdryer, safe, iron and minibar;

- One double/twin bedroom with external access featuring two single beds and a furnished patio, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Amenities include air conditioning, HD TV, hairdryer, safe, iron and minibar.
- One bathroom/utility room with toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer.

Outside the villa, boasts a terraced garden featuring a jacuzzi hot tub (measuring 3 x 2m; open 1 May to 31 October) and a sunbathing area, as well as a lounge area, outdoor dining area and a mini gym.
