Welcome to our bright apartment located just 5 minutes walk from the iconic La Sagrada Familia. With its incredible view of the famous monument, this family apartment is the perfect place to stay during your visit to Barcelona.
With 4 bedrooms, including a comfortable double bedroom and 3 cozy single bedrooms, this apartment sleeps 5 people. The large windows offer stunning views of Gaudi's masterpiece, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to relax in after a day exploring the city.
The apartment also has 1 bathroom and another smaller one, equipped with all the accessories you need to end your day in a refreshing way.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals that you can enjoy in the dining room.
The living area is located in the center of the apartment, making it easy to move around the space. There you will find a sofa, abstract artwork, and contemporary accessories and decor. The mostly white space accented with pops of color is the perfect place to catch up on conversation with your family or watch TV.
Step out onto the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the stunning views of Barcelona and the Sagrada Familia. No parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book elsewhere.
No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the set maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps to make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is 20âŹ, and after 24/12am the fee is 50âŹ.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of âŹ80 will be applied.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.
