The open-plan kitchen and living area is bright and spacious – the perfect place to kick back and relax during your stay. In the small bookcase in the hallway, you’ll find a selection of books and DVDs for your entertainment.

The kitchen is well-equipped should you choose to have a cosy night in cooking up a storm.

🛏️ BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Sleeping up to two guests, there is one sofa bed in the flat. As pictured, the bed is folded away for use as a sofa, this is how you will find it on your arrival! You have the choice to make the bed up how you would like, whether that be pulling it out for use as a double or leaving it as is for use as a single, we will leave bedding with fresh linen on at the property. In the bathroom you'll find a walk-in shower as well as a washing machine for your convenience.

Redland is a highly sought-after neighbourhood in North Bristol, offering a peaceful residential setting while remaining close to a wide range of shops, restaurants, and Bristol city centre. The area is well connected by public transport and provides easy access to local amenities, well-regarded schools, and green spaces, with convenient links to Clifton, Gloucester Road, and the city centre!
