✔ BALCONY – Sun-drenched balcony with views of the lush surrounding trees.

✔ LIVING AREA – Air-conditioned space with 2 cosy sofas and a fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings.

✔ KITCHEN – Fully equipped with olive oil, spices, tea, coffee, gas cooktop, and more.

✔ HOUSEKEEPING – Daily cleaning and breakfast preparation provided by an on-site housekeeper. Dinner can be arranged for an additional cost.

✔ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION – Smoking permitted only on the terrace.
- NO PETS, NO PARTIES
- NOISE RESTRICTIONS APPLY BETWEEN 10 PM AND 8 AM
- UNMARRIED COUPLES – For legal reasons, we cannot accept bookings from unmarried couples if one partner is a Moroccan national.
- NEIGHBOURHOOD ETIQUETTE – Please respect our neighbours, and note that parties are not permitted.

- Children below the age of 10 years are not permitted, as the pool is unfenced and there are horses and dogs on the property.
- Children are to be supervised at all times while on the property and are the responsibility of the adult guests.
- Only paying guests are permitted to use the facilities.
- No smoking inside the premises.
- No parties or large events permitted.
- For legal reasons, we cannot accept bookings from unmarried couples if one partner is a Moroccan national.
- The Moroccan government requires us to collect the passport information of international visitors. You will be asked to supply this as part of the check-in procedure.
