Thank you for your feedback. However, we are somewhat surprised by these comments, considering that your stay was only four nights, rather than a long stay. Our standard towel supply, regardless of the length of the stay, is one set of three towels per guest: one small, one medium, and one large towel. For this reason, no additional towel supply or replacement is normally provided during the stay. Towels are provided at check-in and, naturally, are intended to be used after showering and washing. Regarding soap and other supplies, the property is a tourist-use apartment rather than a hotel. For legal reasons, we cannot provide ongoing supplies of goods or personal-care products during a guest’s stay. We can only provide an initial welcome kit, which is intended to get guests started upon arrival. These arrangements are standard for this type of accommodation and are not related to the length of time you spent in the property.

Thank you Stephanie, I'm afraid you reviewed the wrong property as this is an apartment in the heart of Rome's city center and there's no pool nor beaches etc... hope you enjoyed our property as well as the one you were trying to review :)
