The Space:

The Farmhouse has 2 main living areas to the front of the property.

In the main living room, curl up by the fire, with stunning views towards Monikie Country Park. Catch up on your favourite shows with your Netflix account, or lose yourself in a good book.

Feeling playful? Head to the games room! Challenge your loved ones to a PlayStation or Pacman arcade tournament, get lost in a world of classic board games, or groove to your favourite tunes on the record player. A plush sofa and beanbags ensure ultimate comfort.

The large farmhouse kitchen offers seating for 10, perfect for family meals or group gatherings.

If you need to catch up on work during your getaway, a dedicated office allows you to blend work and pleasure.


Bedrooms:

One king bedroom and one single bedroom with a shared bathroom are conveniently located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, find 3 additional king-size bedrooms, a small double room, and a family bathroom with both a bath and shower.


Outdoor Fun and Entertainment:

Take a dip in the relaxing hot tub after a day of exploring or challenge your friends and family to a game of pool or table tennis in the garage.

You can host a memorable al fresco dining experience. There is a BBQ and large outdoor dining table.

Your Home Away from Home:

The Farmhouse is fully equipped for a relaxing self-catering break. We provide starter supplies, a full range of amenities, and a utility room with a washer/dryer and iron. Ample free parking is available on the large driveway.

This is a peaceful rural home designed for relaxed gatherings and family stays.

Strictly no parties or events. This includes stag and hen groups. Bookings that do not comply with this policy will be cancelled.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. The farmhouse sits beside a working farm, and we ask guests to respect the surrounding countryside and neighbours.

One well behaved dog is welcome. We kindly ask that dogs are kept under control at all times, not left unattended in the property, and kept off beds and soft furnishings.

Due to the rural setting, guests should expect typical countryside sights and sounds.


Guest Access:

Guests have full use of the entire property and garden.

The Farmhouse neighbours a working arable farm.

Strictly no parties or events.

We provide 1 bath towel per person, so you may wish to bring extras if you will be using the hot tub.
