Unser Apartment ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Selbstversorger-Urlaub auf Malta. Es befindet sich direkt außerhalb der Stadtmauer von Valletta, einer Weltkulturerbestadt. Alle Einrichtungen und Verkehrsverbindungen sind bequem zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon und eine große Dachterrasse, bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen und ist komplett mit modernen, stilvollen Möbeln und brandneuen Geräten renoviert. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für maximal 8 Personen und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und zwei Doppelschlafsofas im Wohnzimmer. Modernes und stilvolles Bad / Duschbad und ein zweites Gäste-WC.

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, hell und luftig mit traditionellen maltesischen Elementen wie den rustikalen Holzläden an den Fenstern und Balkontüren. Es gibt eine separate TV-Lounge mit Kabel-TV und DVD-Player. Wir haben auch ein Kinderbett, das für Kleinkinder bis zu 2 Jahren geeignet ist. Ausreichend Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Strandtücher mit.

Große Küche / Frühstücksraum mit viel Charakter (im Retro-Stil der 1950er Jahre) und einem Esstisch für sechs Personen, komplett ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen / -brett. Bei Bedarf stellen wir Ihnen ein Willkommenspaket mit Tee-, Kaffee- und Sandwichzubereitungsprodukten zur Verfügung.

Der Balkon des Apartments ist klein, verfügt jedoch über einen schmiedeeisernen Tisch in Terrassengröße und zwei Stühle - perfekt für Ihre morgendliche Tasse Kaffee. Die Dachterrasse ist jedoch sehr groß mit Orangenbäumen, Jasmin- und Bougainvillea-Pflanzen, einem großen Gartentisch und vier Stühlen, auf denen Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten im Freien einnehmen können, sowie zwei Sonnenliegen.

We could not have been happier with this apartment, which was so convenient to everything we wanted to see in Malta & Gozo! You are minutes away on foot both to the High-Speed Ferries/Water Taxis (about a 5-minute walk) and the Central bus station (about a 10-12 minute walk). You're at the Victoria Gate, which is an easy landmark for those unfamiliar with Valletta, and the owner and caretaker provide easy instructions and helpful options for pickup at the airport - reception at the apartment, etc.The apartment is beautiful and clean; quiet and the a/c works so quickly. We were cool and comfortable every evening. Also, there is a Bosch washing machine at your disposal which was fabulous. We enjoyed the ability to cook our own meals in the adorable retro kitchen which saved us a lot of cash. Fantastic stay!

The apartment is in a very convenient location with plenty of parking, good public transport and nearby amenities. Communication with the host was excellent. She also arranged food for our arrival for a fee and organised airport pick-up and drop-off, which was very convenient.A few things to be aware of, particularly if travelling with a larger group or small children: the property is advertised as three bedrooms, but it is two bedrooms plus a fold-out couch in the sitting area. There is no microwave or power outlet in the bathroom or near a mirror. The bathroom is a shower-over-bathtub setup, and the toilet/shower area is quite tight.The location can be noisy. The Saluting Battery is very close, with cannon fire at noon and 4 pm, and festival season means frequent fireworks. There is also live music nearby on Friday nights and an early-morning bread delivery with regular horn use. Smoking by other residents also made the communal hallway smell strongly of smoke.The allocated roof space does not face the harbour, despite a listing photo showing a harbour-facing rooftop.There is no CCTV in the communal areas. We also had an incident where someone entered the building and banged aggressively on our door for around 15 minutes late at night.Overall, the location is excellent and the host was very helpful, but these points may be worth considering depending on the size and needs of your group.

A lot of the points you make are made quite clear to potential guests on the listing and its photographs but I am alarmed to hear about the late-night incident you mention. I cannot understand how it can have happened as entrance to the apartment block is covered by a video camera entry system. Did you report this incident to Sandra the housekeeper? I have myself been staying at the apartment during mid-September and she never mentioned it to me. I will investigate further.

A spacious apartment in a location that's handy for restaurants, ferries and tour buses (though I'd recommend using standard local buses rather than the unreliable hop on-hop off tour buses). The kitchen is well supplied with crockery and cooking equipment, with a large table and a small adjoining sitting area - we used this rather than the separate sitting room as it was less formal and was next to a small balcony. Four of us fit comfortably in the twin room + double bedroom (a double sofa bed is also available, but it would not be possible to use the air con if sleeping in that). We would definitely stay there again, because of the space and location. Sandra, who looks after the apartment, was also very communicative and helpful in organizing airport transfers.

The caretaker manager met us and was very helpful. The flat was very spacious and beautifully furnished & dressed. It has fantastic views of Grand Harbour and is close to the Barraka lift which allows easier access to central Valletta. Also close to Gozo ferry.

The apartment has a wonderful view of the Grand Harbour. It was wonderful to see all the cruise ships passing by so close you could wave to the passengers.From the roof terrace you could listen to the music from the saluting battery at 12 and 4pm.The apartment was spacious and very tastefully decorated and furnished. The kitchen is functional but would benefit from a microwave for longer stays. A good washing machine was very usefulThere were problems with the heating not working in the bedrooms but two free standing heaters were provided..The location of the property is convenient for the Barraca lift and also the atmospheric eating venues on the steps, if one is fit enough!

This apartment exceeded expectations!! Amazing location right on the harbour just a few minutes walk from the gozo ferry and the centre of Valletta. Great size. We were a family of 5 adults but were very comfortable. Everything you needed was supplied and the host and caretaker looked after us and for a reasonable fee supplying food on arrival and organizing transport from the airport which was amazing. We were all so happy with our stay!

A delightfully large apartment with view over the harbour and small sunny balcony The brilliant Baraka lift very closeby for access to centre of Valletta or steps (but quite a few!). A well needed mini break!

We loved Malta and everything the area offered. The location of the property was excellent with easy access to the Three Cities and the ferry to Gozo as well as the fabulous Old Town. We certainly got our "steps" in!

Thanks for your kind words Jane. Yes, some of the nearby stepped streets - although utterly charming - can be a bit tough on the ol' legs! But you can always use the Barrakka Lift around the corner- takes you straight up into Barrakka Gardens with no steps to climb at all. Glad you loved Malta and had a good time.

Lovely central apartment wit great views

Apartment better than listed, really lovely place to stay.
