It is designed with vibrant and modern living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.

The master bedroom includes a double bed, and the second bedroom has a 2-bed cabin type - the one on the top is expandable and converts into a bunk bed, one placed above the other. All bedrooms are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linen and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Madrid, Spain's central capital, has lovely boulevards and expansive, manicured parks like the Buen Retiro. It's renowned for its rich repositories of European art, including the Prado Museum's works by Goya, Velázquez, and other Spanish masters. The heart of old Hapsburg Madrid is the portico-lined Plaza Mayor, and nearby is the baroque Royal Palace and Armory, displaying historic weaponry.

In addition to its famous museums, busy streets dotted with all kinds of shops, restaurants with world cuisine, and unbeatable nightlife, Madrid will surprise you with its tranquil historic spots that charm everyone walking by. Here, you'll find traditional family-run, century-old bars where friends meet for a drink, every style of the neighborhood, and cultural centers that offer an alternative type of tourism. Madrid's authenticity is hard to beat. It is welcoming and diverse. Madrid is, without a doubt, one of Europe's most exciting cities.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Pueblo Nuevo (lines 5 and 7 to the city center), is just a 5-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros.

Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy.
