Welcome to this four bedroom, 2.5 bath Ocean and lighthouse view farmhouse in Hannaford Cove. A real coastal experience with access to the neighborhood’s beach and ocean access from the front door to enjoy the coastal and lighthouse views.

The space
This spacious and quirky house has been a family home for over 100 years and is now open to share with our guests. This home had previous been two separate structures - a boat store and a farmhouse - before being combined almost a century ago. It is old charm that has been preserved for many years!

Perfect for a wholesome getaway - sleeps 8 people with everyone getting comfortable beds. It was designed to have an open family-inclusive layout with some great highlights such as a large living room, a family room (for the kids!), a large kitchen that connects the living room and family room, two dining tables (one out in the sun room for amazing dinners under the stars), an upstairs den, and a wraparound sun room that has amazing views of the water, lighthouse and stars at night.

• Kitchen: Kitchen with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker). White cabinets and granite countertops. Large enough to entertain while you cook a large meal. Dishes, cookware and utensils are provided. There are some old family cookbooks available too!

• Living Room/Family Room: There are two large living room spaces with pine wood flooring. The first living room has two long luxury sofas, armchairs, a coffee table and a flatscreen TV (Netflix, Disney+ and ESPN+, NO Cable). Great for large family gatherings, game nights, or to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The second living room/family room is smaller and great for playing with the kids or dogs, and enjoying morning coffee while looking at the view.

• Dining Rooms: There are two dining rooms. One large 6-seating dining room connected to the large living room and the other 6-seating dining table located on the enclosed sun room/porch.

• Bathrooms (2.5): One master bathroom with a Japanese inspired shower and tub on the second floor. One half-bathroom with a toilet and sink on first floor. Another Full bathroom with pine wood floors, luxurious full shower/tub on the second floor. Fresh towels and washcloths, shampoo/conditioner provided.

• Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms (including master bedroom) all on the second floor with exposed wood finishes. The third floor has the fourth bedroom with two full beds. Master bedroom features a king size bed. All beds come with luxury linens.

• Den: Enjoy amazing views of the water, beach and lighthouse from the upstairs den looking down. There is one sofa bed/futon in this den area for a unique sleeping experience from such a beautiful and unique viewpoint.

• Backyard: Private backyard with grill, picnic table and seating for up to four people. Two decks to enjoy the sunset/sunrise (one in the front and one in the back).

The WIFI is reliable and strongest in the living room/dining room area near the modem itself for WFH needs.

Happy to welcome Pets (dogs only) at this home! It is $350/month for up to a maximum of 2 allowed. Please include that you have pets coming when making the initial booking. If not notified of pets, a $35/night fee will be claimed against the security deposit.

You'll have access to the entire home. The garage is not available for use as it's currently owner storage.
