This historic coastal retreat offers six bedrooms, each designed to provide a cozy, restful stay while embracing the timeless charm of the home.

Primary Suite (First Floor – Modern Addition)
A private sanctuary featuring a king-size bed with an "Avocado" brand mattress, dresser, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and incredible ocean views right from the bed. This suite also includes an “office” space with a twin bed, perfect for a little one who wants to stay close to parents or a quiet place to get some work done.

Secondary Suite (Second Floor – Modern Addition)
Located above the primary suite, this queen-size bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a work desk, and stunning second-story ocean views.

Bedroom #3 (First Floor – Historic Wing)
This queen-size bedroom offers breathtaking ocean views and features a brand-new memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep. There is a dresser for clothing storage.

Bedroom #4 (Second Floor – Historic Wing)
A cozy retreat with a full-size bed and a twin-size bed, along with a small closet for storage. Please note: The staircase to the 2nd level of the historic wing is steep, so caution should be exercised.

Bedroom #5 (Second Floor – Historic Wing)
Features two twin beds with brand-new memory foam mattresses and a small closet for clothing storage. Please note: The staircase to the 2nd level of the historic wing is steep, so caution should be exercised.

Bedroom #6 (“The Office” – Between Primary Suite & Ensuite)
A flexible space with a twin-size bed and a closet, perfect for a child or additional guest. This room has a work desk, perfect for private work calls.

The kitchen is not large, but it is fully stocked with all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals. Whether you’re making fresh Maine seafood or a hearty breakfast before exploring the coast, you’ll find everything you need here.

The main living area and dining room serve as the heart of the home, where historic charm meets modern comfort.

The main living room offers plush seating for 5-6 guests and a 55” Smart TV for cozy movie nights.

Adjacent to this space, another lounging area offers seating for an additional 5 guests, all while showcasing the best ocean views in the house. There's a 32" Smart TV visible from the kitchen.

The dining table comfortably seats 8 guests, with additional seating for up to 4 more using the expandable console table. Ocean views included!

GUEST ACCESS

Please note that there is one additional house located past our home, so you may occasionally see cars passing the front of the house.

The staircase to the 2nd floor of the historic wing is steep, so caution should be exercised.

Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. There is parking in the top driveway for 2-3 vehicles, and parking in the lower driveway for 4-5 more. Guests are welcome to use the home’s 2 car garage, as well as the washer and dryer located in the basement.

All bedrooms, except the office, will have window AC units in the summer. The large common areas of the house do not have AC but have many windows perfectly positioned to catch all the afternoon ocean breezes. We also have portable fans in each room.

Swim shoes are recommended if enjoying the home's private beach area!

All fireplaces in the home are ornamental and NOT for guest use.

You’ll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home. 2 dog maximum, $200 pet fee per stay applied to the reservation.

- We have an additional TopHost Vacation Rentals Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Rental Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.

- Our properties are always cleaned and turned over by highly rated, professional housekeeping companies.

DOG GUIDELINES:

- By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay.

- No dogs left home alone unless crated.
