Nested amidst the lush olive groves on the hillside of Afionas, one of the most picturesque and traditional villages in northern Corfu, our four Lefkimmiatis newly built villas with private pools offer a unique view over the bay of Agios Georgios Pagon and Afionas.

Lefkimmiatis Villa Marialena In Afionas is a ground floor villa of 115sq.m has a private outdoor swimming pool with whirlpool section and panoramic view to Agios Georgios northwest.
Entering the villa there is an open plan spacious kitchen and living room area with large glazing doors leading to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and oven and a kitchen island where people can enjoy their meals. Our minimalistic holiday Villa Marialena also consists of two bedrooms with spacious en-suited baths of walk-in rainfall showers. The Master bedroom has a double queen-size bed and the other bedroom two twin beds. Near the living area there is an extra WC equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
The outside area of Marialena villa offers a private swimming pool with a whirlpool section and stunning views. Around the pool there are sun loungers and a nice living area where you can relax as you watch the idyllic sunset over the turquoise water of the Ionian Sea. At our holiday villa in Afionas guests can enjoy a barbecue area with a dining table as well. The property is fully air conditioned and offers excellent Wi-Fi connection and parking spaces.
Villa Marialena has a private large patio with pool of 16m * 3m with a max depth of 1.60m, whirlpool section 3m*3m, barbeque area and a shared parking area of at least 4 cars.

All four newly built villas offer a unique view over the bay of Agios Georgios Pagon and Afionas.
Lefkimmiatis Villas recommend to customers to have a car, as the property is not within a walkable distance from a supermarket (800m) or taverns (at least 1 km). Nearby places that offer many taverns, beaches, boat/car/scooter rentals and amazing views are within 1-2 km far. Agios Georgios beach with markets, taverns and amazing sandy beach is 2KM, Arillas also 2km while Afionas is 1, 5 km.
