Great location, house was clean. LOTS OF STEPS. Not for the faint of heart. It is close to Old Town but you will walk.

Absolutely Amazing Property.

We loved our stay in this apartment. Beautiful view and within walking distance to everything. Property owners were quick to respond to any questions we had.

Fantastic modern apartment just outside of oldtown

The apartment was spotless and well furnished. Not to mention the amazing views from the balconies. Location was perfect for those looking to be very close to a couple beaches while not being in the hectic, and more expensive, old town area.

Great property within easy walking distance to the beach and the old town. Beautiful view over the city from the patio. Well kept, clean, well stocked. Keep in mind it's in a no driving zone so not good with a car (it did not affect us but good to know). Lots of steep vertical stairs to get to the property - keep in mind if you have big luggage. The air conditioning is in the main living room and the master bedroom. Secondary bedroom and small room with single bed don't have their own A/C. If you leave all doors open it all cools the entire apartment but not if you close doors to rooms with no a/c.

the apartment was very nice with spectacular view just like the picture. our only hiccup was the 96 steps up and down to get to apartment with luggage. thank God we made this our home base for all 3 night.

Great location close to Old City

Very close to the Old City. Great deck with wonderful views. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Nice kitchen with laundry. Sofa bed was comfortable. Small supermarket nearby. I definitely recommend this unit unless you have mobility issues (stairs).

Great apartment, great view

Dubrovnik is a great place to visit for a few days and the apartment has a great view over Lokrum, a nearby island and Dubrovnik Old Town and Harbour. Uber works well to get about and we used to find a larger supermarket or to get to the other side of the City Wall for example. Apartment was clean, has everything you need. Watch outs to be aware of, though didn’t cause our family any issues1. If you need to speak in person with the team running the apartment or leave luggage with them they are 20 mins walk away2. The apartment is between 2 roads and access is via steep stairs which is not an issue if you are fairly fit though a struggle with large suitcases
