Located in the La Muette neighbourhood with the evocative charm of the 16th arrondissement on full display, this impressive five-bedroom apartment stands as a tribute to Haussmannian architecture. The iconic best of Paris surrounds the home with the Seine and Trocadéro only a walk away, whilst the vast open spaces of the Bois de Boulogne also nearby; wonderful for any kids to enjoy. Exuding the subtle modern Parisian sensibilities while offering a familial flair in its display, this property ticks all the boxes for any discerning group or family in stay.
LIVING ROOMS
The double-aspect reception space is undoubtedly the star of the show; featuring a wall of windows and glorious original wood floors that complement each other to wondrous effect. It goes without saying, this large and airy space is a sublime retreat for relaxing. Ornate detail, including on the fireplace, cornicing, and panelling mix with both mid-century and contemporary furnishings. There are two additional living space, including a more informal space perfect for family gatherings and a secondary living space which is currently used as an office and hosts a double sofa bed.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
Where the living room is grandiose, the kitchen is sleek and features a striking marble countertop and one of the most picturesque wall details to be seen. An adjacent island reigns supreme in the space, complete with a separate adjoining area to house the fridge and other amenities. The dining table is focal to the room with a long bench; perfect for those after a relaxed dining vibe.
BEDROOMS
Boasting five bedrooms in total, including a minimalist-style principal bedroom with a king-sized bed that feels both open and spacious at the same time. Generous-sized windows overlook the street below to bring a golden perspective to the space. Undeniably a family home with a gorgeous sense of playfulness, feature walls adorned with palm trees and tropical birds, together with bright furniture, ensure a measure of personality throughout.
BATHROOMS
The principal bathroom flaunts earthy tones of tiled terracotta adorn the double basin whilst neutral browns complete the large bathtub and walk-in shower. There are three additional bathrooms, fully fitted with modern appliances whilst a WC can also be found in the home.

The oversized windows throughout the apartment which bathes the abode in sunlight throughout the day.

No smoking, pets or parties. Please note, the washer dryer can be found in the kitchen. Two of the bedrooms also incorporate bunk beds; of which, the top bed of the dark grey bunks is quite small and best suited for a child, rather than an adult. There is a WC separate from the bathrooms. The apartment is located on the first floor with no lift access. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.
