Dieses neu renovierte Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern befindet sich in Cedar Mountain, NC, auf halbem Weg zwischen Brevard und Hendersonville. Asheville und Greenville sind beide innerhalb einer Stunde erreichbar. Dieses Haus liegt nur wenige Minuten von allen 6 Parkplätzen in DuPont State Forests entfernt. Es ist auch eines der nächsten Mietobjekte in der Nähe des Fred W. Symmes "PRETTY PLACE" -Kapelle, nur 7 Meilen entfernt. Es ist ein perfekter Ort, um zu bleiben, wenn Sie eine Hochzeit dort besuchen oder einfach nachmittags hochfahren, um die Aussicht vom Kreuz aus zu sehen.

Der DuPont State Forest ist der Traum eines Outdoor-Liebhabers mit vielen Wasserfällen, darunter Hooker Falls, High Falls, Triple Falls, Grassy Creek Falls, Bridal Veil Falls und Wintergreen Falls. Es hat 86 Meilen von Wander- / Rad- / Reitwegen auf über 10.000 Hektar. Dupont ist eines der besten Mountainbike-Ziele im Südosten.

Das Haus verfügt über ausreichend Parkplätze für 3-4 Autos, eine schöne Veranda, auf der man nachts die Sterne beobachten kann, und eine große Terrasse, auf der man mit der Familie abhängen und auf dem Gasgrill kochen kann. Die Küche ist weit offen mit neuen Arbeitsplatten, neu renovierten Schränken voller neuer Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen und viel Platz zum Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten. Überall gibt es viele Sitzgelegenheiten für entspannende, feste Hickory-Böden, neue Badezimmer und Armaturen. Die Sofas, 3 Betten, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind alle neu. Es gibt einen 55 "Vizio Smart TV im Wohnzimmer und einen 32" Vizio TV im Hauptschlafzimmer, beide mit Direkt-TV. Das Haus verfügt über 2 Kamine und eine Feuerstelle im Vorgarten.

Dies ist ein rauch- und tierfreies Haus, NICHTRAUCHER oder HAUSTIERE erlaubt. Check-out Zeit ist 10 Uhr. REINIGUNGSDIENST KOMMT UM 10 UHR.

Good place, clean, good mattresses. I’m giving an ok rating because there is a musty smell when you first enter. Opening windows and running the fans helped. The washer and dryer are in the utility room. That area has a strong musty/mildew smell. I could not stay in there long when I was doing laundry.

Love this place

This was my third time staying at this property, I absolutely love it. It’s location to the DuPont Forest and the Pisgah Forest is perfect, so many waterfalls and places to hike. Peace, quiet and tranquility abound, and the neighboring town of Brevard has everything you could need.

Wonderful time

The property was very nice and quiet. It met all of our needs. Great location for hiking and biking. Close to Jeter Mtn for Apple picking season and to Brevard for the Annual White Squirrel Festival.

Anniversary trip!

Very nice property! We loved the convenience of where the property was located. Less than 10 minutes to beautiful waterfalls. 15-20 minutes to fine dining. Would recommend highly, my wife is already planning a trip back staying at the same property.

Great house, Great Location!!

Looking for something different than oceans, theme parks, and blistering heat. Found this cute home in Cedar Mountain, NC and headed north. The property and house are surrounded by beautiful greenery and flowers by the porch. The owners communicated promptly with instructions and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The instructions were clear and easy to follow with a personal feel. The inside of the house is decorated with pictures of some of the sights and maps with directions of things to see. There were maps and guides as well as recommended restaurants close by if you are looking for stuff to do while you're there (there was WAY more to do than we could fit in a week and we really tried!). The house is in the perfect location close to Dupont and Pisgah trails and falls. We could've spent the entire week hiking trails and seeing the falls/ forest sights and still not done it all. There are tons of things nearby like fly fishing guides, canoeing/ kayaking/ tubing, the blue ridge parkway, the town of Brevard (shops), and more. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything needed to fix 3 meals a day if you want, there were cozy blankets on the couches, and plenty of towels/ linens. There's a covered porch with chairs in the front and a cute deck with a table & chairs in the back to sit outside and enjoy the view. Great house, great location!

Cute house, great location

The house was cute and very clean, and the location was great. Unfortunately, the hot water heater froze because of the record lows they were having, and we had to move to another house. Patrcia was very helpful and immediately refunded our entire stay. We will definitely book this property next time we are in Brevard.

Cedar Mountain getaway

We used this home for overflow of Thanksgiving guests and it was a great choice. It is clean, nicely laid out, and well maintained. The location is not excellent for hiking and visiting this beautiful area. Thanks for letting us stay.

Destination Pretty Place

We came to the area for my Nephew's wedding at The Pretty Place Chapel. My parents, my husband, and myself. We ended up with the happy couples 1 year old the majority of our stay. The house was very clean and welcoming. Patti was very responsive. We were located right between the Chapel and the house that was rented for the entire Bridal Party. It was a wonderful week. We felt right at home and the area was beautiful and quit.

We've vacationed all over using VRBO for many years and always found ourselves coming back to the mountains, staying near Hendersonville, Brevard and DuPont State Forest. We love to mountain bike the trails, hike to the waterfalls and swim in Fawn Lake. We were actually biking in DuPont when they were filming The Hunger Games.

Location, Location, Location. As soon as we saw the house was for sale, we knew we wanted to be here, close to DuPont State Forest. It is the most convenient house to all the DuPont parking lots. We can bike early, hike later and swim in Fawn Lake in the afternoon. Then come home and sit outside by the campfire while supper is prepared on the back deck.

Staying here, you can get to any of the parking lots in the park in minutes. You can get there early, go home for lunch and back in the afternoon if you like. It's like having the whole place in your backyard. Plus the Cedar Mountain Café is only 200 yards away for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
