Our kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs (oven, microwave, coffee machine), enabling you to prepare delicious meals just like at home. A private parking space eliminates any parking concerns.

For a hassle-free arrival, keys are waiting for you at the Concierge, located just 500 meters from the apartment, easily accessible via Boulevard Joliot Curie.



The management of the apartment is entrusted to a considerate concierge service, which will provide you with all the necessary instructions for autonomous access to the apartment. Available throughout your stay, the concierge service is there to answer any questions or needs.

Located in the vibrant Beach District, less than 10 minutes walk from the Place de la Corniche, which has all the necessary shops: Carrefour Contact, bakeries, La Vie Claire, and a butcher shop.



Bus line no. 3, with a stop at "Les Près Calards", easily connects you whether you're coming from the train station (25 minutes) or Montpellier airport (1 hour).



For added comfort, the concierge service offers the possibility to rent a linen set for €20. Each set includes a complete set of bedding, as well as two large and two small towels.
Late Arrival: Arrival after 7 PM is possible with a supplement of €25.

Deposit: A deposit of €400 is required by bank check or credit card imprint (processing fee of 1.8%).
