Sand Dollar (new for 2024) - a beach house that sleeps 5 guests in 2 bedrooms

Sand Dollar Beach House is situated on Blue Anchor Road, close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre. Perfect for a quiet break away from it all, with a deck and boules court to the front and parking bay for 2 cars at the rear.

Enter through the side door into the hallway with coat storage. To your left are the master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, and the second bedroom with bunk beds ideal for children. There is an optional pullout truckle bed for a small child too. There is also another shower room with jack-and-jill doors.

To the right is the open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with sofa and armchair, with bifold doors to the deck with outdoor seating for 4, ideal for alfresco dining or sitting out whilst the children play outside on the boules court.

We leave a few games for our guests to use.

There is a smart TV in the living room and further TVs in both bedrooms.

The log burner makes this beach house warm and cosy for breaks all year round.

Parking for 2 cars side by side behind the house too.

Please note the driveway/path sleepers can be uneven and slippery when wet and therefore this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
