Private access to the sea through a private gate down the garden which conducts you both at a sand beach (50 meters) and a typical Otranto's cove (5 metres).
The Villa has 2 bedrooms: 1 double room (1 double bed) and 1 big room for 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds); 2 bathrooms (one in each room), living room, kitchen and a wide covered patio.

The Villa has two floors.
At the ground floor, there is a bright patio with white Mediterranean columns, furnished with fancy patio furniture, from where you can see the crystal clear sea.
In the patio, there is a big dining table (12 people max), a wicker sofa with wicker armchairs, a stonework sofa and a typical stonework barbecue.
Inside, on the ground floor, there is the living room with a television, a sofa, an armchair and a dining table; and a fully-fitted kitchen.
At the first floor, there is one double room with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower; and one big room, divided into two different spaces, with a double bed, two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
There is also an outdoor shower with warm and cold water in the garden.
The garden is furnished with two elegant wooden beach loungers.
Down the fancy garden, there is a gate which brings you directly to the sea. You will find a typical cove at 5 metres from the gate. If you walk for 50 metres instead you will find a comfortable sandy beach.
Down the garden, there is also a little blue balcony furnished with table and chairs where you can admire the sea.
There is space for 4 car down the garden.

The price doesn't change with the number of guests.

The weekly price includes gas, water, bed linen, bathroom towels and electricity costs until consumption of 280Kwh for a week (the excess will be incumbent upon the guest at the cost of 0,25€ for a Kwh).
The final cleaning is not included in the weekly tariff and it costs 150€.

It's possible to demand daily cleaning (not included in the weekly price).
