In the popular villa neighborhood of Vista Royal in Jan Thiel, Curaçao, just a stone’s throw from Jan Thiel Beach, you will find this spacious tropical villa with sea views.

The location is ideal: within walking distance of popular restaurants, beach clubs, a sports and dive school, spa, and a supermarket. As soon as you pass through the automatic entrance gate, you will experience peace, space, and comfort on a generous 1,600 m² private property.

The villa features a Mediterranean style with tropical influences and offers plenty of privacy. There is parking space for four cars on the private grounds.

Through the stylish entrance you step into a bright reception hall. The villa is divided over two floors and is cleverly designed to catch the cooling trade winds. The upper floor contains the main living area, where the spacious layout, high ceilings, and tasteful interior immediately stand out.

The living spaces flow naturally into one another. Several seating areas have been created, each with its own unique view — overlooking the sea, the salt flats, and in the distance even the Julianabrug bridge of Willemstad.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island, combination oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator, and Nespresso machine. Ideal for those who enjoy cooking extensively or dining with friends and family.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a large sofa and a 75-inch smart TV.

The villa features four verandas. At the front there is a covered porch with a long dining table. On the side you will find a lounge area overlooking nature. At the back there is a spacious terrace with a large dining table, built-in seating bench, and direct views of the Caribbean Sea. Here you will also find the 4 x 8 meter infinity pool, surrounded by six sun loungers. A staircase leads down to the beautifully landscaped garden.

Adjacent to this is the outdoor kitchen, complete with BBQ, dishwasher, large dining table, and a comfortable lounge area — perfect for cozy evenings and long dinners under the stars.

On the upper floor you will find the master bedroom with walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom with rain shower. Two bedrooms share a second bathroom via a convenient connecting layout. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is also a separate guest toilet.

Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom, all with air conditioning. Sliding doors open onto a covered veranda with a bar, picnic table, hammock, and sun loungers. There is also a self-contained suite with its own living room, TV, bedroom, bathroom, and private veranda. Finally, there is a separate guest toilet and a large laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.

The villa is equipped with an alarm system and free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.

During your stay, electricity usage is included up to 105 kWh per day when the entire villa is rented. This generous daily allowance is usually more than sufficient for normal use of lighting, kitchen appliances, and air conditioning.

However, water and electricity are costly and limited resources on the island. We therefore kindly ask our guests to use them responsibly. If consumption exceeds 105 kWh per day, the additional usage will be settled with the property manager at the end of the stay at a rate of €0.55 per kWh.
