Located in Alto do Moinho, a privileged position above the Old Town, beaches and new Marina, this one-bedroom semi-detached house is a true tranquillity refuge. With an exquisite decoration, it offers all the comforts of a home, ensuring an unforgettable stay. Upon entering through the private ground floor entrance, you will be received by a spacious living, dining and kitchen open-plan area. The spacious living room features a 70" Smart TV and patio doors that open onto the terrace, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. Additionally, the living area includes a single sofa bed.



On the upper floor, there is a charming sun-drenched terrace, a room with a balcony and a comfortable double bed, along with a wardrobe to store your belongings conveniently and an additional single sofa bed. The complete bathroom features a generous shower, double washbasin, bidet, toilet and a washing machine for the guests' greater convenience.



To ensure a pleasant and worry-free stay, we provide a variety of amenities, including high-speed WiFi and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

Welcoming host, the owner came and introduced himself which was nice and comforting. The area was nice and quiet and had beautiful views. Very accommodating, we asked for extra drying racks as we have two small children and lost of laundry, they brought us an extra one the next day which was great.

Excellent accommodation in great location

We spent a month in Albufeira and really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very clean and modern and in a quiet area very close to the Old Town. The unit was very well equipped with all the modern conveniences. The grounds were very nice and well maintained. Service from Home Holidays was excellent and they were very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with general information about the area.

This was our first time in Portugal. The location of the apartment is great if you prefer a peaceful vacation. There's a great shared swimming pool area a few steps away with a bar/restaurant/tiny convenience store - all really good with very good service. There's also a very highly rated restaurant located in an old windmill right near the swimming pool where you can experience some great food and wine. Highly recommended! The apartment itself is really nicely designed, with tasteful furnishings and everything is very well taken care of. Our hosts were super proactive in their communication and always responsive.

We had a marvellous time in Albufeira! The flat was very comfortable, modern and with excellent space for the whole family. The location was perfect for those looking for proximity to the beach and the city centre. We were just a few minutes from Praia de São Rafael and the city has plenty of entertainment options for all ages. The staff were super friendly, always willing to give us information about the best attractions in the city. Our experience in Albufeira was fantastic and we'll certainly be back! .

The location was good for us (family with 8 month old baby). We had a rental car and parking was never an issue. Its only a 10 min walk to old town. The property itself is well maintained with a beautiful grounds and pool area. This condo must have been recently renovated as was very lovely, the decor is very chic in the living areas. The bathroom was nie and new, very clean. Nice outdoor table and chairs for 6 on the main level. Hosts were easy to contact with our needs (asking for a high chair, and help with the key - opening the door you have to turn it a certain way to get the door open. Not an issue once you learn to do it once)

The accommodation is superb. Best property we have stayed in as a family with kids and all our bookings are minimum 4*. Lovely ground terrace for dining, plus roof terrace with sunbeds. Way modern and feels like home. The owner has gone all out to make the place feel like home. The location is tricky with a baby buggy, if walking to beach, restaurants and shops as route is steep with steps. We had one but our youngest was able to get out and walk in these areas. The pool is nice with plenty of sunbeds and the connecting bar/restaurant is perfect too. Very easy to get around with Uber is going further a field, otherwise all local needs are only 10mins walk

Très facile d’accès, et bien placé dans la ville d’Albufeira. Le logement était extrêmement propre. Et plus grand que ce l’on pensait. La terrasse est très agréable le soir. Quelques désagréments avec la climatisation qui sont rentrés dans l’ordre. La piscine de la résidence est super pour les enfants et près du logement.

A nossa estadia foi incrível! O apartamento era muito bem equipado, com tudo o que precisávamos para umas férias perfeitas. A localização foi excelente, pois estávamos perto da praia e de várias atrações turísticas. O centro de Albufeira é encantador, com suas ruas estreitas e cheias de vida, e a praia estava apenas a uma curta caminhada. O melhor de tudo foi a hospitalidade – a equipe foi extremamente prestativa e fez-nos sentir em casa. Recomendamos muito este alojamento para quem procura um local tranquilo e bem localizado! .

Notre expérience à Albufeira a été merveilleuse ! Le logement était parfait : l'appartement était très bien décoré, dans un style moderne et chaleureux, et super confortable. Il se trouve dans un quartier très calme, mais à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de la plage et des principales attractions touristiques. Notre chambre disposait d'un balcon extraordinaire sur lequel nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner avec une vue fantastique sur la mer. Le personnel était merveilleux, toujours souriant et prêt à répondre à toutes nos questions. Albufeira est une belle ville avec beaucoup d'histoire et des plages incroyables. Nous y reviendrons à coup sûr ! .

¡Pasamos una semana en Albufeira y nuestra estancia fue impecable! El piso era grande, cómodo y con una decoración moderna y acogedora. La ubicación era excelente, ya que estábamos muy cerca de Praia dos Pescadores y del centro de la ciudad, donde encontramos varios restaurantes y bares. La ciudad tiene la mezcla perfecta de relax y diversión, y nuestra estancia fue tranquila y llena de actividades al mismo tiempo. El personal fue muy atento y nos dio muy buenos consejos para explorar la zona. Sin duda recomendaríamos este alojamiento. .

Nous avons passé 7 jours à Albufeira et notre séjour a été tout simplement merveilleux. L'appartement était impeccable - moderne, spacieux et avec une vue magnifique. L'emplacement était excellent, car nous étions proches de la plage de Santa Eulália et de nombreux restaurants et magasins locaux. La ville possède une énergie unique, avec de nombreuses options de loisirs pendant la journée et la nuit. Le personnel était très sympathique, toujours prêt à nous donner des conseils et des recommandations sur ce qu'il y avait à faire. Notre expérience à Albufeira a été formidable et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute bientôt ! .
