LAYOUT OF CASA EVITA

The living room of Casa Evita is comfortably and stylishly furnished. In the living room you will find a comfortable seating area and a dining area. There is a smart TV, you can log in to your own streaming service on the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, air fryer and an electric grill plate, which you can use outside on the terrace.

Casa Evita has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1: one double bed. The first bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2: one double bed. Bathroom 2: has a bath/shower combination, toilet and sink. Bedroom 3: two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning.



THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF CASA EVITA

The outdoor life of Casa Evita is very nice, partly because there are 2 terraces where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. On the spacious terrace at living room level there is a dining table where you can enjoy your meals or play a game together. There is a shared pool and a separate children's pool, which is perfect for families with children. The holiday home has 1 private parking space. The terraces are favourably located, there is sun all day! Whether you want to swim, play, sunbathe or just eat well, Casa Evita offers all the possibilities. The shared pool is a solution when you don't go to the beach for a day, but still want some refreshment.

Particulars

- Minimum stay of 7 nights

- In the period July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday. In the other months, arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must be linked to earlier/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between them

- It is not allowed to charge electric vehicles at Casa Evita

In addition to the separately settled costs to be paid on site:

- Electricity: € 0.40 per kWh for additional consumption (via meter)

- Gas in the winter months (1 November to 31 March) € 2,- m3. Is calculated on the basis of the gas meter



Deposit

A deposit of € 250,- applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. There will be no reminder.

In order to process the deposit properly, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing guarantees via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without it affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well before arrival. Debiting will only take place in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.





Winter rental

Casa Evita is very suitable for a stay in the winter. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by air conditioning and central heating (gas), the costs for gas are calculated on the basis of the meter (€ 2 per cubic meter). This surcharge must be paid in cash on site. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels being mandatory. For the most recent rates and availability, please contact us.



Information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:

Stays equal to or less than 10 nights are considered tourist rentals. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental in accordance with the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
