STRICTLY No bachelor/bachelorette parties/hen do/party/gathering/events or loud noise/music related to this. If these rules have been violated, guests will be evicted from the apartment even on the first night and the full amount of the reservation fee + £250 damage deposit will be claimed.

Smoking is strictly not allowed. If this rule is violated £250 will be claimed.
