• The hold is made directly by the property
• No American Express accepted

• No pets (a €500 charge will apply if not respected)
• No smoking inside the apartment (€500 charge if not respected)
• No parties or events (the full deposit will be charged if not respected)
• The building is strictly residential. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum
– No loud music or noise between 11:00 PM and 11:00 AM (€500 charge if not respected)
During Your Stay
• Cleaning is not required, but please leave the apartment in good condition
• Please place all trash in plastic bags and dispose of it in the designated trash area (not on the same floor)
– €50–€150 may be charged if not respected
• Please do not use towels or sheets to remove makeup, as stains may be permanent
– €200–€500 charge if replacement is required
• The apartment has white walls, so please be careful with luggage to avoid marks
• Please keep common areas clean and do not leave personal items, trash, or bags in the building
