Great place to stay for 8, extremely well-equipped for beach days and outings. Lovely relaxed, calm beach, and easily accessed via car. Accessible via walking (0.7 miles). A little far, but scenic. Beautiful, beautiful pool too. Good home location that is a little quieter and private than other nearby areas. Host is extremely responsive, like almost all hours of the day, leading up to and during the stay. Kitchen is well-stocked, and a starter pack of supplies is provided, which is very helpful. Nice private grill attached to the unit as well.

This condo is amazing! The location is great with the pool nearby and beach club just a 10-minute walk. The landscaping in the condo development makes the lanai and outdoor areas of the condo very peaceful. Plenty of space for a large family or extended family (we had 4 adults and 3 kids ages 6-14). The condo was exceedingly clean and well-stocked with everything you will need. Note that if you have previously stayed at the Mauna Lani development and enjoyed the beach rentals (kayaks, SUPs, diving) near the beach club, those are no longer available. Obviously this is not a knock on the condo, but subverting to be aware of about Mauna Lani in general.

We loved this property! Plenty of room for all seven of us, extremely clean and comfortable. The access to the Beach Club was great, we really appreciated the chairs and shade there, and thought the snorkeling at that beach was wonderful. When I had a question the hosts responded very quickly. All in all it was just wonderful and we'd love to stay there again.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as the last time we stayed in 2021! It is the perfect place for a family, or group of people to stay with space for everyone. The condo is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you need to cook meals or spend a day at the beach. The complex is beautiful and our kids really enjoy the pool! The private beach club is one of our favorite perks of staying here and the close proximity to Hapuna Beach. The property management team is very responsive and helpful. We had a problem getting the bbq grill to work and they sent someone out right away to get it fixed! We plan to stay again for our next Hawaii vacation :)

The home and the property were perfect for our family adventures. Clean, comfortable and fully stocked with all the essential tools and more. The is even a closet of fun beach toys and essentials (e.Grant. Coolers and chairs) which made our beach time even more enjoyable. We had the pleasure of crossing paths with the cleaning team and they were lovely and super helpful. The home was clean and loved the no shoes in the house…keeps everything a bit cleaner and sand free.
The sheltered little cove and beach were perfect for snorkeling.

Beautiful Place

Place was beautiful, roomy and comfortable for 5 of us ranging in age from 15-80. Beautiful grounds and pool. Walk to beach is longer than noted and not obvious, but ok once we figured it out.

Wonderful stay

Great location, close to beaches including access to the Mauna Lani beach club. Spacious house with all the amenities including beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, snorkeling gear and more. The location within the Villas is perfect as well right near the pool which was quiet and picturesque. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Great stay on the Big Island

Our family had a great time staying in this beautiful condo. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub each night and loved having a private grill. We had a chair and umbrella break during our stay and the owners were quick to respond with replacements. Will stay here again in the future!

The property was very clean and spacious. It was stocked with everything we needed, included a ton of beach gear. Location couldn't be better - and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Accommodation

We have stayed at the Palm Villas several times. This particular unit was spacious and exceptionally well equipped with beach gear, towels, linens, and kitchen equipment. Our three generation family was very comfortable here and loved the location to the pool.

Magical!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the most well stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed at, and we have been to many! We loved the pool and the grounds. The townhouse was plenty spacious for our family of 6 and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it in a heartbeat.
