It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Welcome to The Annex. If you are not familiar with New Malden, you will be pleasantly surprised to know we have the second-largest Korean community outside of Korea itself. This means on the high street (a 5-minute walk away), you will find some of the best Korean restaurants in the country. New Malden station is also a 9-minute walk away with frequent trains into Central London.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, New Malden, is just a 9-minute walk.

Heathrow and Gatwick Airport are a 38-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
