Villa in Symi with village view

Symiland Villa is an incredible villa for rent that combines relaxation and comfort in a great location in the heart of Symi near all kinds of conveniences and places of interest, only 300 meters from the main square. It offers an incredible land view and an amazing internal yard with bbq facilities. It accommodates perfectly up to 7 guests.
The villa has 3 comfortable fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Two of them with double beds and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms with shower. All areas have a picturesque view to the beautiful mainland and the traditional houses. Also, it has a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation accompanied from the cozy dinning area. Theres a living room with a single sofa bed-with a TV to relax from your outdoor activities. Also, Theres free Wi-Fi access throughout the apartment. Outdoors, theres a divine furnished area with large sitting-dinning area and bbq facilities where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful scenery that this incredible property has to offer.
Symi is one of the most picturesque, authentic islands in Greece. Its neoclassical houses frame the main harbor, which is considered, by many, to be one of the best views in the country! Its an elegant charm in a small package. Near to the villa youll find everything you might need such as shops, taverns, pharmacies etc.There is a free car parking area nearby and then only 15 stairs till the villa. Also, the harbor is really close too,300 meters. On the other side of the island youll find Taxiarchis Michael of Panormitis, the monastery that houses the icon of the famous miracle worker saint. Indeed, many travel to Symi to light a candle and say a prayer in hope that the saint will grant them their wishes.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 2EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 0.50EUR per night
Kindly note that the climate tax is not included in the total reservation amount and is payable separately.
