Our family-friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom family villa has its own pool and is located in a quiet residential area yet close to all amenities - shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, bus stops and the beautiful beaches of the southern Costa Blanca.
Free Wi-fi, UK and satellite TV channels, air-conditioning in the living room and all of the bedrooms. Plenty of space by the pool to enjoy the sun and plenty of space to sit in the shade if you prefer. There is a secluded sun terrace on the roof and the villa has all the facilities you need - microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a fully fitted kitchen.
The nearest beaches are Cabo Roig - a 15 minute stroll or 5 minutes by car and La Zenia - a 20 minute stroll or 5 minutes by car. There are plenty of other beaches between a 10 minute drive (Campaomor, Playa Flamenca, Mil Palmeras) or further afield to the warm waters of the Mar Menor one way and La Mata and Guardamar the other way beyond Torrevieja which are 20 minutes by car along the N332 or motorway.
A 10 minute stroll takes you to the Cabo Roig strip with its wonderful restaurants to suit all tastes and a range of bars and shops. 5 minutes by car will take you to La Zenia Boulevard for a huge range of shops and more restaurants. Torrevieja is less than a 15 minute drive for a late night ice cream and leisurely beach side promenade with the local community.
Our villa is 45 minutes by car from Alicante airport and about 25 minutes from Murcia international. Our friendly management team will welcome you to the villa and are available during your stay to provide any support you need.

Had a great stay here! Sadly a bit too chilly this time of year to use the pool properly but was a great option to have! Good ac and comfortable beds, would stay again! Great communication and hosts, thank you!

Great location, check in was great. Aircon was not working but was fixed. Limited towels provided, no beach towels and only a small travel hairdryer provided. We had to ask for more towels, we asked for a change of bedding but this was not provided for our almost 4 week stay. Villa is is dated and needs to be modernised. The additional blankets were not clean , were marked. Great washing machine and convenient downstairs bedroom with en suite. Outside sun beds were filthy.

Summer Break

Relaxing break. Villa was fine but could do with a few parasols to provide a bit more shade. Only fault I could find and it’s being picky is the sun loungers could benefit from a deep clean or replacing. Ideal location for eating out in the evenings, also a wide range of restaurants nearby.

sejour de 15 jours du 04/09/2026 au 19/09/2026 tres deçue,cette location ne correspond pas du tout au photos vue sur Abritel .Plusieurs gros problemes:1/Annonce trompeuse : Les photos ne reflétent pas la realite de la maison avec ia on fait ce que l'on veut .2/ Nous etions entrain de dejeuner dehors les fenetres etait ouverte la porte entré aussi un courrant d'air la porte se ferme les cles reste sur la porte a l'interieur nous etions bloque a l'exterieur car nous avons appele la proprietaire la seul reponse a ete vous devrait regle son interlocuteur a de faite il ai arrive la seul chose qui nous demande deja 35 euros HT nous etions en pyjama quand il a vu que la cle etait reste dans la serrure a l'interieur serrurier la prise en charge 90 euros HT vu l'etat de la porte cela ne faisais pas la premiere fois que cela arrive mon mari artisan a reussi a ouvrir la porte lui meme car apres 3h d'attente un peu le ras de bol.3 / A notre arrive nous parlons que francais nous avions telecharge traduction francais espagnol mais il ne parle que anglais c'est connu que les anglais il font pas d'effort4/Piscine aucune intimite transat installe devant la barriere les personnes qui passent sur le trottoir regarde j'ai photo si vous voulais.5/ Maison tres mal equipe pas de barbecue donc nous l'avons achete et laisse pour les prochains voyageurs et pays d'orange et pas de presse agrume donc nouveau achat mais la je ne l'ai pas laisseTRES MAUVAISE VACANCE DANS CE LOGEMENT

We are sorry that you feel this way. We do not provide either a BBQ or a juicer and there is no reference to these items in our property description. On arrival you were told to keep your keys with you at all times and were specifically told not to leave your key inside the door when going outside. You ignored this and found yourself locked out. Our agent arrived promptly to help you but had to call the locksmith as the key was inside the door preventing access. If you had not left the key on the inside of the door our agent could have let you back into the property immediately with no need for a locksmith. You were responsible for the situation yet refused to pay the call out charge and were incredibly aggressive and hostile to our agent. You then forced the door yourself causing damage to it. It is not true that you had to wait 3 hours; you cancelled the locksmith. Our agent was nothing but helpful and remained calm at all times as you became increasingly aggressive. He also used translation tools to help with communication but you expected him to speak French and thus were unhappy that he did not. We believe that the pictures on the website give an accurate reflection of our villa and the outside space. We are disappointed with your behaviour towards our agent, your unreasonable expectations and your review. We would not welcome you back to our villa. This is the first time we have ever said this to any of our guests; we are sorry to have to do so now.
