Conveniently located just less than 10-minute walk from the Beach and a mere 1.2 km from the renowned Grand Theatre, our home combines comfort with accessibility. Enjoy the convenience of complimentary WiFi and free off-street parking throughout your stay.

Situated just a 5 -7 minute drive from Swansea Train Station, our property offers easy access to travellers arriving by rail, ensuring a seamless journey to your temporary haven.

Upon entering, guests are greeted by a warm and inviting living room, complete with plush seating and a flat-screen TV with streaming services, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen beckons culinary enthusiasts, featuring modern appliances including a washer-dryer, a dishwasher and an oven, as well as ample counter space for meal preparation. You also have a filtered coffee maker, kettle and toaster to help you with a quick breakfast prep. Also, there is a double bedroom on the ground floor and a toilet on the ground floor, for the convenience of anyone who is elderly or might find it stressful accessing the first floor.

The accommodation boasts two well-appointed bathrooms on the first floor, each featuring luxurious walk-in showers, providing convenience and comfort for guests. Towels and crisp bed linen are provided, ensuring a restful night's sleep in any of the four cosy bedrooms.

Please note, that we kindly ask that our property remain a peaceful retreat, and as such, we do not host parties or events, and won't want guests to smoke indoors.
