About the property
Sunset Retreat comprises two beautiful cottages, Sunset Cottage and Paisley Cottage. Both properties are brimming with elegance and luxurious facilities, while also providing enough space for the whole group to gather for special occasions and mealtimes, both inside and outside. Should you wish to venture beyond the property, walking trails begin from the doorstep, or you can explore all that Kent has to offer, including water sports, shopping and dining.

Sunset Cottage

The bungalow begins with an extensive living space which comprises a stylish lounge, a dining room and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Along with this, there are five uniquely designed bedrooms, including a super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a large bedroom with two king-size beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom leading to a further king-size bedroom. There is also a bunk bedroom and another king-size bedroom, both of which share the family bathroom. If you wish to keep up your fitness routine on holiday, the gym features a range of fitness equipment for a complete workout. Outside, you will have access to one acre of manicured gardens with a dining table, a BBQ, an outdoor play area and an 8-meter-long swim spa.

Paisley Cottage

The bungalow begins with a bright and spacious living area, complete with a cosy lounge and a kitchen/diner. Along with this, there are two super-king-size bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and one bedroom with twin beds, a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. Outside, you will have access to a beautiful lawned garden, a large dining table, a seesaw and slide, and a 6-meter-long swim spa.
Guest access
There is a lock box which you can access on arrival.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Please note, the pools are resistance pools, so can be used for swim training.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
