Contemporary 3 bedroom cottage with terrace & pool

Refurbished in 2022, Gites de Verger have everything you need for a getaway with friends or family. The two gites (sleeping 4 & 6) can be rented separately or together, accommodating a maximum of 10 people so are great for a group holiday. A large shared terrace and outside kitchen area is perfect for larger gatherings and communal dining. Separate terraces for each gite allow smaller groups some privacy while still enjoying the pool and garden.

The space
Le Pommier is a bright and contemporary cottage designed with family accommodation in mind. You'll find three separate air conditioned sleeping spaces: a king sized master bedroom, a mezzanine with double bed and a further bedroom with bunk beds. There's a shower room and two WCs.
The living space is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining area with a log burner for those cooler evenings.
Guest access
The gite also enjoys a stunning private terrace with BBQ as well as use of the huge garden and play area, swimming pool, shared terrace and outside kitchen.
Other things to note
The cottage has some great original features from its former life as farm buildings, however the access to the mezzanine and bunk bed rooms would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.

The pool is open from May - September, weather permitting.
