A large and spacious two-bed and two-bathrooms luxury apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. This beautiful urbanization has 6 swimming pools including a covered heated warm water pool in Winter and is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens This is a very spacious apartment, tastefully furnished, with terraces facing stunning views of the forest, and mountains. Very close to the beach within a 20-minute walk and 6 minutes by car. Marbella Old Town is 15 minutes away by car.
Close by, situated in a very affluent area called Elviria, you will find an excellent array of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, gourmet shops, and Beach bars. The most popular being; Nikki Beach· The excellent restaurant, La Scala · The Playwright Chiringuito Los Tony's amongst numerous others.
There is a local weekly market on Fridays and an organic Market every month on Saturday.
Close by is Santa Maria Golf and Country Club, a parkland golf course recognized as being one of the best-presented golf courses along the Costa del Sol. This is a brand new apartment.
We are giving 5% discount to guests for weekly bookings and 10% for 28 days in our first year of rental as of 20th of March 2024.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking on the premises, Each apartment has its own designated Secure and covered parking space, The entry code and the designated parking number will be given on request.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
Please note that the community rules (Terms and Conditions) must be signed separately and sent back to the owner before the rental is agreed upon and paid for.
Without the signed (Terms and Conditions) the rental is not possible as the property is in an urbanization.
Please note that 20 units of electricity are included in the weekly rentals per stay. Extra usage over the free offer is charged at 0.20 pence per unit. This offer only applies to weekly or longer stays, not for less than a week stay, and will be deducted your electricity usage from your deposit.
