Diese beliebte Maravilla 2BR / 2BA-Wohnung bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf das smaragdgrüne Golfwasser vom Master BR, dem Familienzimmer, dem Essbereich und der Küche. Dies ist eine vollständige Ansicht Wohnung mit neuen Familienzimmer und Esszimmermöbel sowie Vorhänge und Bettdecken. Die Wand des Familienzimmers und des Gästezimmers ist verspiegelt. Diese Wohnung verfügt über neue Fliesen im gesamten, neue Küchenschränke und Granit, neue Geräte aus rostfreiem Stahl. Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, die bis zu 6 Personen beherbergen kann.

Maravilla ist einer der beliebtesten Familienkomplexe mit einem 2, 5 Hektar großen weißen Sandstrand, zwei Pools (einer davon beheizt), einem Whirlpool, Grills am Pool und einem Fitnessraum. Das Gemeinschaftsclubhaus steht für größere Versammlungen zur Verfügung und ist mit einer Küche und einer Sitzecke mit einem Fernseher ausgestattet. Maravilla liegt ungefähr 5 km östlich des Destin Wal-Mart und 5 km westlich der Sandestin Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Zur Ausstattung gehören auch: WLAN und Breitband, Telefon, Klimaanlage, Kabel-TV, DVD, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Dosenöffner, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Mixer, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, Kochutensilien, Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Staubsauger.

A Nice Time

Our second time at this property third at Maravilla. Its a great location dog accommodating. The condo is great spot we will be back. Everything worked, fridge, stove etc. It could use a bit of TLC. It would get a 5 if not for the construction going on to be honest. I did replace one of the microwave lights as noted last year they did not work. Also the master batch toilet flap inside the tank is leaking running water ever so often.

Nice stay

Unit was exactly as pictured in the listing. Great location. View was gorgeous, although there is a few trees and powerlines, but we looked right past that. Loved being able to bring our small dog and always enjoy the walking path right outaide the unit. Would stay again.

Spring Break Stay

Perfect location. Short walk to the beach. Comfortable beach chairs with umbrella provided for us made enjoying the beach a breeze. We had the most beautiful morning on the balcony drinking coffee watching dolphins in the distance fish for their breakfast. Every night we had tranquil sleep. Bedding was very comfortable. Would definitely love to stay again.

Vacation!

Check in process was great! The condo was beautiful and eqipped with everything needed. Grocery store nearby the beach views were stunning. Saw dolphins everyday, swam in the heated pool and enjoyed the hot tub. I love marivella and will definitely come back this was the perfect girls getaway

Amazing place to stay

We have been staying at maravilla for years and this unit was amazing. Very nice and clean. Has everything you could want and need for your stay. Best part is the view from this unit. View is great from anywhere, bedroom, Living room, kitchen. Everywhere you have a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. It was great. Will most definitely be back to stay here again.

Property was very clean and quiet. Pet area had bags. Property had plenty of garbage dumpsters but lacked garbage cans. The room had great ac and fridge cooled down fast. That’s a plus in my book.

Beautiful view but unclean

After staying in other Maravilla Condos, we were excited to return again. Upon arrival to this condo, it wasn’t at all what we expected. I immediately called the company who was managing the property and they sent someone out to supposedly fix the problems, shortly thereafter. We had issues with dirty sheets left on the sleeper sofa, light bulbs that had been burned out and not replaced, not enough towels for the 5 guests we had booked for, and the sheets left for the sleeper sofa were full of sand. Other issues that we had, included dirty bathroom sinks, sandy and dirty floors, and unfolded towels which led us to believe that they hadn’t even been replaced. For our week stay, there was only a half roll with one extra spare roll for the shared bathroom with 4 people. The best part of this condo was the view since it is Oceanview, and the managing company who quickly responds. The maid they sent the second time, did remove the floors but they were still sandy and dirty. We still didn’t get the extra toilet paper or light bulbs replaced, but got what we were told were new towels and new sheets. I personally wouldn’t recommend staying in this particular unit after comparing it to others we have stayed in that were excellent.
