This property offers amazing views of our gorgeous clear water lake, nice white sand beach and sandy bottom perfect for swimming and lounging. Outdoor grill is available for use by the gazebo, perfect for outdoor cookouts by the lake. Fun fact, this is the prominent recreation lake for the area and there are no alligators to be concerned with. Large screened in carport offers a protected grilling area for those rainy or buggy evenings as well. Washer and dryer included for your laundry needs . Quiet safe neighborhood makes for a very relaxing private getaway in Central Florida.
Frostproof is a hidden gem in Polk County Fl, centrally located between two large lakes, it offers that old Florida feel with family owned restraunts like Frostbite, and P and J pool hall. Headed south is the Four seasons "the roost" restaurant approx 5 minutes away. Further south are the towns of Avon Park, and Sebring for larger chain restaurants, and shopping. Headed north is the town of Lake Wales with restaurants and shopping and the amazing Bok Tower gardens attraction.
Location for this house is perfect for a quiet relaxing trip, approximately 90 minutes from Orlando airport (MCO) and 2 hours from Tampa (TPA). Bring your boat for fishing or skiing, or for an additional fee a pontoon boat can be arranged for use.
