Completely new villa, transformed into a holiday home for those who want to enjoy the typical southern French holiday feeling in a lovely spot close to a village. This holiday home has been furnished with care. It is the little sister of Villa Les Rocs, so we are assured of a super service! In a minimalist style you will find contemporary furniture, good beds, light and space. The whole, together with the nice swimming pool and the spacious garden, ensures a great holiday in the beautiful Dordogne! The house is in a quiet location, yet around the corner from the village of Bachellerie with its small shop / bakery and a restaurant 5 minutes from the village.

Interior
The living areas of Ducaussa are stylish and comfortable and also offer all modern amenities for a great stay: a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen with island annex bar and a spacious dining table for a shared breakfast. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. A modern bathroom made of beautiful natural stones.

Outside
Spacious terrace with dining table and pergola. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee, a good book or an al-fresco dinner in the shade. Adjacent to the terrace you will find the nice private swimming pool. The garden will be planted a little more during the month of June. You can relax on the terrace until the end of the evening…

Pretty village with café-bar/restaurant a few kilometers from Montignac. 5 minutes drive from the amenities of Terrasson/ Montignac with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, cafe bars and restaurants. Sarlat, 20 minutes away, with all shops, good restaurants and cultural events.
