Perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay it was so peaceful and relaxing. Only complain I have is being eaten by mosquitos inside the property other then that we will definitely be booking this property again.

Loved that it was so close to the beach.

I thought the property slept 4 but there was only 1 bed. Would be nice to have a burner on the grill with some pots & pans as there is no stove top in the apartment. Very clean & comfortable.

We took what you had said to heart and removed the property from the market while we revamped and reappointed it. As you are aware it is a small property and we want to be able to offer a more economical option for those that would like to stay on the beach. Impromptu Getaway

This was a perfect last minute trip for us. Simple but adequate apartment, steps to the beach, friendly owner working on the main house. We would definitely rent here again. If we bring more people, there are several other rentals units on the property that accommodate larger parties.

It is accurately described in the listing. It is small,the ceilings are low and it's not fancy. But it is inexpensive and right on the beach. Everything worked and we had a great time.

Great place, exactly as expected

We loved this cute little beach getaway. It was steps away from a beautiful sandy beach. I am 5'6" and the low ceiling did not bother me. The area is quiet and feels safe. We went for New Year's and the beach was not crowded at all. It was a little hard to find but once we got in touch with Roberto the check-in process was easy. The property looked exactly as shown in the photos; no suprises.

AMAZING

The room is steps from the beach. October has beautiful weather. Roberto is a life saver! we ran into car problems and he 100% helped us out of the bind! Very grateful for the attention and help. We had a great time with our little dog (she had a blast). There is delivery service and a pharmacy close by.

Was just ok

The ad says it had a lot more amenities then it did. It’s says beach chairs. They were none. I would have brought my own if I knew. It also was much smaller then we thought but we made the best of it. The property also needed some TLC.

The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys etc. are in the shed right at the bottom of your back door staircase. The property was restuccoed and painted and a new roof last week. Currently the units are being updated inside as well as the amenities. I am sorry that you felt it was just “ok” and hope you give the property another chance. Thank you, Joy

Great for short weekend getaway

We loved this place for the two of us. The fact that it doesn’t have a full kitchen gave us the opportunity to experience more of the local restaurants and culture, found some great spots. Rob was a great communicator and helped us by bringing us a couple things that were missing and giving us a local recommendation for a tire shop due to use having a nail in our tire. As mentioned in previous reviews, the ceiling is low, the only area that we found was an issue is in and out of the bathroom. Just a suggestion of maybe putting some type of foam on the low area for when you do possibly hit your head. Would book again!

Nice Little Place a Stone's Throw from the Beach.

Extremely clean. Secure neighborhood. There is not a lot of room but we didn't come to the beach just to stay in the room. Don't plan on cooking or doing much else in the kitchen area. But who wants to cook on your vacation? There are nice restaurants just down the road. If you are over 5'8" watch the head! After just one middle of the night restroom visits I learned quick. We did have one issue. No hot water in the bathroom. There was hot water in the kitchen sink but not in the bathroom. Roberto assured us that he was waiting for a part, but apparently it didn't come while we were there. We adapted with a bucket. Hopefully the issue has been resolved. I certainly would consider staying here again.

Just a few steps to the beach

I enjoyed staying in mid tide with my dog. I could see the ocean from the door and could hear the ocean if I left the door open. Robert was extremely helpful and responsive during the check in process. The A/C unit is very good. This is a very small studio with a low ceiling. It works well for a single person or maybe a couple. The best part is the easy, quick access to the beautiful beach and ocean.

Perfect for two

Stayed with my boyfriend and dog. Waking up and having the beach outside was lovely. This little studio was perfect for us. Short ceilings but, we’re short so it worked for us. It’s about the size of a hotel room with a little kitchenette set up. Would stay again,

Perfect getaway!

We arrived a few hours after the storm so the road into Las Conchas was incredibly muddy. However, the next three days were beautiful! We were right at the ocean and were able to go into town and have terrific lunches and dinners without any trouble. The studio is perfect for two and we enjoyed it immensely. Even though my partner is over 6 feet tall we had no problem with the height of a studio. The property manager was fantastic! I would recommend this for anyone looking for a getaway.

I contacted the owner, joy, she helped me initially. I needed to chg dates and she respond to give her a couple of days. I didn’t hear anything so I wanted to cancel. I didn’t hear anything, so ok to dates, heard back okay. Didn’t work out. Good by.

Great location and host

You are a few steps from the beach. Very responsive and helpful host. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, and other things available for you to use, wich is very convenient. We stayed in the studio (middle tide) and the room has everything you need. Only a couple of things for improvement in the room: the bath could use a extractor or a screen on the window so you can open it without critters crawling in, and the bed will be better (more stable) without the additions in the legs which makes it weirdly taller and with the low cealing, that would be a big help! Overall a great stay.

Amazing experience!!!

Such a clean and nice little studio with all the things you need. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and looked just like the photos. Host was very nice and checked in to make sure we were okay. Foot steps away from the beach and it is nice and private. Very relaxing and for a great price.
