Nestled in the evergreen hillside of Pomos, this villa enjoys magnificent sea views across the Mediterranean, surrounded by pine trees and exotic bushes. Looking down across the landscape, you can see why this villa is a popular choice. Enjoy days poolside, relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of bubbly, or enjoying the company of a good book on the comfy sofas.
The interiors are homely and split over two levels. There are four ensuite bedrooms in total, complete with wardrobe facilities and soft furnishings. All bedrooms come with air conditioning to keep you cool on your summer vacation.

*Due to the number of steps around the property grounds, this villa may not be suitable for those less mobile.

The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. From the covered parking area there are 20 steps leading to the property. To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 100cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 180cm wide, the path to the pool is 120cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, even and tiled however there are 5 steps leading to this area. The pool has steps and ladder access. The ground floor bedroom doors are 60cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 50cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
