The property was stunning, loved the decor and the cleanliness but there wasn’t too much to do close by. Luckily we had hired a car and could drive to Latchi and Paphos harbour among others places. Property manager was excellent, very efficient, polite and respectful.

Great amenities! The villa has everything you need for a great stay and the pool is spotless. Amazing villa in really quiet surroundings, which made us relax and enjoy our holiday at maximum. And even a great view of the sea and hills. We also visited some tavernas nearby, which serve excellent food and had a great atmosphere. We had a wonderful time there and we will come again.

Lovely location, property disspointing

The location and outside areas were lovely, however the inside was very poor.The reviews I had read prior to booking did not seem to match the property.Very dated. Pillows on all beds were very stained and pretty disgusting, old bedding, very faded, towels also similar which gave the impression of not being very clean. The issue was raised, but not resolved, had to buy own pillows in the end and wash everything else.The kitchen again was grumby looking and a couple of items didn't work, although these did get replaced.I also thought it seemed rather mean not to leave at least one toilet roll, and a dish cloth and tea towel at the very least.It would be nice to maybe offer a welcome pack to include these, even if you have to pay extra as think people would think this is a nice gesture.Sorry to be negative, but this is my honest opinion.

Villa Petroktisto was much better than I imagined. The villa had top-of-the-range specifications and facilities inside and outside. Cleaned rooms with comfortable beds, fresh towels, and linen. The outside area was well planned with an amazing swimming pool. It is in a great location and within easy walking distance from the beach and some of the restaurants. Thank you to the agents, owner, and cleaning staff, who made our holiday unforgettable.

The exterior space is really beautiful and private. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, and we spent most of our nights there. The owner visited us on the day after arrival to check that we had everything we needed and kept in contact throughout the holiday including a visit the day before we departed. This was our 4 holiday in Cyprus, but the best one!

We would highly recommend the villa to others. It is clean and has a great view and very good facilities. The property was completely safe and the outside dining area was great for al fresco dining. We visit Pomos and Polis, which are really beautiful. We spend an amazing holiday there.

If you want to escape the crowds of tourists then this is the perfect villa. Every time, it is like coming home. The villa was fantastic - in a quiet location a nice distance from Coral Bay. We enjoyed memorable sunsets there. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone.

Villa Petroktisto was spotlessly clean, cozy, and comfortable. There was an amazing private swimming pool. The beach which was a 2-minute walk away was like a private beach and at the busiest time we only had to share it with 8 other people, amazing for an August holiday made even more special by the numerous turtle nests. Thank you.
