stay. Observatory’s luxury Paragon block of apartments places guests a
convenient distance from a range of attractions and only a short
distance from the City Centre of the beautiful Mother City.
Boasting 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and contemporary open-plan living
areas, guests will be able to come and go comfortably throughout their
stay. A compact - but fully equipped - kitchen features all the
necessary appliances for self-catering, including island seating
providing a cosy breakfast nook. The lounge features a beautiful
leather sofa, a flat-screen TV and sliding doors leading to a small
balcony overlooking the hustle and bustle of Observatory’s city streets
below. Each of the 2 bedrooms boasts a queen bed and a large window for
ample natural light. Both bathrooms feature a shower, toilet and single
sink; the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
Communal areas at The Paragon make entertaining a breeze! Guests can
enjoy the BBQ facilities, rustic dining areas, and rooftop splash pool
and undercover deck showcasing stunning views of the city and Signal
Hill. Paragon also features a communal gym and spacious clubhouse for
absolute comfort and convenience.
The famous V&A Waterfront is located only 9 km’s away from this trendy
apartment, while the Cape Town International Airport is just a 15 km
drive away. The nearest shopping centre, St Peters Square, is a brisk
walk from The Paragon building and the vibrant Observatory suburb is

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
