two-bedroom self-catering apartment is the ideal temporary home for
holidaymakers or business travellers wanting a beautiful space to relax
in after a busy day of exploring all that the Mother City has to offer.
This apartment features an open-plan design in a beautifully furnished
contemporary setting, inviting guests to kick back and relax in style.
The main living area features a full kitchen equipped with everything
needed for effortless self-catering, including a dishwasher, washing
machine and espresso machine. The kitchen has island seating for 3 and
flows into the lounge featuring a flat-screen TV and a sliding door
leading out to the balcony. Guests can easily relax on the balcony -
furnished with a 4-seater dining table - and enjoy a glass of wine
while taking in one of Cape Town's unforgettable sunsets. Another
highlight of this exquisitely decorated apartment is the separated
dining room, complete with unique furnishings - the perfect place to
dine or entertain in good company.
The master bedroom boasts a bold statement wall, a double bed, a large
window overlooking the surrounding area and an en-suite bathroom fitted
with a shower. The second bedroom has 2 x single beds, accessing the
shared bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower combo.
Thanks to its convenient distance from the city centre and close
proximity to Century City business and shopping parks, The Waters Edge
complex has become a must-stay for anyone interested in being in the
heart of the action. Guests need only step outside to experience the
vibrant atmosphere. Canal Walk Shopping Centre is only a short walk
away, offering an array of restaurants, shopping and entertainment
opportunities. When you're ready to explore more of the Mother City,
hop on a MyCiTi bus located a short walk away from the apartment and
explore all that Cape Town has to offer conveniently and
cost-effectively.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at 5 Century City Drive
The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
The property manager will hand over a set of 2 keys consisting of a gate key and a door latch key.
Take the lift to the second floor turn right and walk straight down the passage till the end, the apartment will be on the left, use the yellow key to open the safety gate and the silver key to open door.
