To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide along. The front door has a width of 80cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 80cm wide. The width of the path to the pool is 140cm and the villa grounds are flat. There are 6 steps to the lower ground floor. There are 8 steps to the first floor. The double bedroom on the first floor has a door width of 68cm and the ensuite shower room has a door width of 60cm.
