Interior area of 210m2 distributed in two floors. On the upper floor, at street level, we find 2 suites (double bed and bathroom with shower in each one), one of which has a terrace with sea views, 1 bedroom with a single bed and an other with a trundle bed; another full bathroom with shower.
On the lower floor we find another suite (double bed and shower) with access to the terrace; a spacious living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine).
