The property is located in Central Woolwich, minute walk away from Woolwich Elizabeth Line for quick access to Canary Wharf, the City, and Central London.

The flat comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite in the master bedroom.
The open-plan kitchen/dining/living area will make your stay enjoyable. In the kitchen you will find all the amenities and utensils to cook a delicious meal or have a quick breakfast.
This space is perfect for living and working from home, as it has a separate office with a modern standing desk and an extensible sofa.
There is a Nespresso machine, a water softener, and a water filter tap.
The second bedroom has a height-adjustable/ standing work desk with an office chair.
Please note, that there is no parking for guests on the property, however, nearby streets will have some parking (subject to restrictions), please refer to the street signs. Guests might be able to park at the Tesco Supermarket nearby, again, please refer to their car park policies.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
