The Walnut Tree Cottage is exactly how it's described in the details, as are the surroundings. It's comfy with lots of space, is well equiped and the garden is spacious, secluded and the fence is a plus for dog owners. We were so happy that our two Ridgeback boys weren't only tolerated but welcomed! Another big plus for dog owners is the lovely countryside with lots of options for hikes. James is a lovely guy and was always there when we had a question or asked a favor but other than that he aimed to let his guests have a quiet and unbothered stay. Seriously great host! Dear James, just like the first stay we felt so welcome. Thank you so much for another wonderful stay at your Walmut Tree Cottage!

Ein schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen in sehr ruhiger und ländlicher Umgebung. Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Vermieter. Ein insgesamt hervorragender Urlaub mit vielen tollen Erlebnissen... DANKE!!!

Die Beschreibung trifft voll zu. Der Hof mit den cottages liegt wunderschön, mitten in der Natur. Die Kinder können sich frei bewegen und haben verschiedene Spielmöglichkeiten. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen herzlich und angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This accommodation is the best we have ever booked. It is completely clean, well equipped and very tastefully decorated. We will definitely come back. We congratulate Sally and Richard for this wonderful house.

sehr sauberes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, auch an kleine Details in der Küche ist gedacht, sehr liebevoll gestalteter Terassenbereich. Einziger Nachteil war das für drei größere Kinder zu kleine Kinderzimmer - zwei Schlafplätze waren im Doppelbett (geschätzt 1,30 m breit) mit nur einer großen Bettdecke.

Toller Bungalow, sehr hochwertige Ausstattung, liebevolle Dekoration. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ausgezeichnet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The house is perfect for a getaway in the Weald. It was spotlessly clean. A nice welcome package with milk, cereal and tea made breakfast easy. Everything was in good nick. Recommend their pub The Kings Head in nearby Staplehurst. Also 50 minutes to London from there if you want no more beautiful countryside.

We had a really lovely time at the Reach Court Farm. The cottage was very cosy and clean. We enjoyed the nice landscapes, walks along the White Cliffs and the beautiful beaches.
