Step inside and discover a beautifully designed interior with plenty of natural light and stylish furnishings throughout this two storey property.

Upon entering from the rear, guests are greeted by a contemporary kitchen which is fully equipped with integral appliances and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen leads to a small enclosed balcony courtyard, complete with seating - perfect for intimate al fresco drinks with family and friends

Onto the dining area featuring on trend minimalist dining table and chairs and an open fireplace.

A large living room with plenty of comfortable seating, an open fireplace, books aplenty and a smart-tv for your viewing pleasure.

The second floor hosts two well-lit bedrooms, one with a luxurious King bed and wall to wall mirrored wardrobes and the other with a cosy small double bed. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and comes with hanging space.

The showstopper of this home is the bathroom with a generous bath tub with views of the racecourse in the distance - providing the perfect space to unwind and refresh. There is also a large shower with a rain-fall shower head.

For parking, although benefiting in many ways from being inside Chester's old Roman walls, we are on a narrow street with no pavements and double-yellow lines. However, there are a number of parking options within a 5 minute walk, so just ask us for details.

I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.

Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
