Welcome to your perfect home away from home in Chester! This super mid terraced home with easy access to the City Centre is perfect for your stay. The décor is stylish and in keeping with a 'cottage' feel.

Downstairs there is a cosy living area with 2 sofas and a smart TV. An electric 'log burner effect' fire, which is sure to delight on winter nights! To the rear a dining room and a modern galley kitchen, which leads out to a rear courtyard.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is to the front with a comfortable Queen bed, wardrobes and a vanity unit. The second bedroom to the rear has a built in wardrobes and a double bed.

A large family bathroom is situated upstairs with bath and overhead shower.

I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.

Parking permits are virtual and will need to be requested in advance. Car registration number will need to be given.

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.

Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse (verbal or physical) or generally antisocial behaviour by guests to our representatives, staff and our neighbours.
Any violation of the house rules will forfeit the guest the right to leave a public review.
